DroneShield

Create an app that will enable small drone operators to know more about specific weather parameters, local terrain and no fly zones within a five-mile radius of their GPS location.

DroneShield is a service that allows drone users to know local weather conditions, geomagnetic forecast, easy identification of NoFlyZone areas and many other obstacles - such as repeaters, wires, gas stations, schools, other drones in the area - which often represent a problem for pilots.
Furthermore each pilot can share tips, pictures, location and dangerous obstacles in a specific area for a best experience of the whole community during their flight.

DroneShield is available as a cross-platfrom App powered by open-source technologies and exploiting cloud services for data retrieval and allowing users to share their experiences with other enthusiast around the world.
