Decreasing habitat loss

THE CHALLENGE: Aircheck
Earth

Develop an app or platform to crowd-source information for comparing changes in environmental factors, such as temperature, relative humidity, air pollution, with occurrence of symptoms of allergies and respiratory diseases. Create tools for public entry and grading of symptoms, including but not limited to cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, sneezing, nasal obstruction, itchy eyes; and geographic mapping of symptom frequency and intensity. Create a platform for comparison of symptom map with NASA provided data, with visualization options for web and/or smart phone.

Explanation

Habitat loss is the biggest threat that the earth is facing. Without habitat there will be no wildlife and without wildlife there will be no healthy functioning of the system.

We prepared our project based on Sundarban . Being the worlds largest mangrove forest the sundarban is rich in biodiversity but now the natural ecosystem of the sundarban mangrove forest is under threat due to anthropogenic activities.chemical pollution through marine paints and hydrocarbon and demand for small timber and fuel wood for local consumption the threat to the mangrove eco system are arising partly due to biotic pressure.

our thought is to-

1.Build and create Sancturies

2-live on eco friendly life

3-educat people to recycle

our solution will also include to build a wildlife corridor and rebalance the disturbed plants that reduce the air pollution.

For conclution in an ideal word I would say people would look at the result and say "wow",doing this kinds of measures will produce some of the "spirits" and "will" people have to deal with climat change can energize us to the recognition that theres a climat impect as well will help to take air quality more seriously.
