Develop an interactive app for children that uses smart phone and tablet sensory to locate the Moon (any time of the day, even below horizon), which unlocks current lunar data (phase, distance, etc), and then presents the user options for reading a "Moon" related story, view space agency photos and videos, and/or fun facts about the Moon. The goal of this challenge is edutainment and raising awareness about lunar missions around the world.

We created an app mockup to educate children like us about the moon in a fun and interactive way. We added a login that allows parental controls, a news feed where you get personalised news, a moon-o-scope, fun facts so children dont get bored, lunar data, lunar mission, and photos! The MOON-O-SCOPE is a section of our app that uses sensory to locate the moon. It uses the GPS sensor, altitude sensor and a gyroscope of the phone and tells you where you should move your phone to get the best shot of the moon.
