Find a way to adapt common gym tools for a reduced gravity environment and design a workout routine that can minimize bone and muscular loss while being fun and easy to use during a long term mission. In doing so consider constraints regarding weight (equipment should weigh less than 500kg) and dimensions. Consider incorporating virtual reality to simulate a jog through an astronaut’s favorite Earth destinations or incorporate gaming to motivate users.

Our Solution is based on a strategic Plan that can solve the Problem of Deterioration of muscles and Bone Loss..

we have studied the problem stated above to figure out that human's brain suspend the unused skeletal muscles.

And as the space is a 0G environment so muscles aren't exposed to the same stress like on earth. thus this problem occurs when astronauts travel to space then return back to earth as it has a huge negative effects on their health.

So we have designed an apparatus that use one of the fluid properties which is the high viscosity of the Non Newtonian fluids specially the smart materials as magnetorhelogical which is composed of an oily substance suspended in it tiny pieces of iron, once a magnetic field is applied to the fluid the iron pieces starts to be collected and viscosity increases accurately.We will get use of this viscous force to let the astronauts work out in the space and compensate the effect of absence of gravity up there.

This apparatus works on shoulders, bicepes, tricepses,traps and quads.

Its light weight and simple set up give it a unique advantage to be used in space shuttles with small areas.

Ease of use and high generated stress on muscles due to the viscosity of the non Newtonian fluid used in it compensates the 0G effects.
