Public information and historical space events could be added to the location within the program. While exploring a new region, users can learning new facts about how the community played a role in new scientific discoveries or innovations in aviation or spaceflight.
Can placing future industries in an appropriate location reduce pollution?
Placing an industry in an optimal location can help increase its efficiency and decrease its economic cost. Industry which is near the raw materials will be more efficient than industry which is far from raw material. Geographical factors and non-geographical factors influence on industry .Many important geographical factors involved in the selecting the location of individual industries are of relative significance , availability of raw materials, power resources, water, labor, markets and the transport facilities. Moreover good placement of industry can reduce the pollution. One tree can absorb 48 pounds of Carbon di oxide. Which means 30-40 trees can eliminate the pollution effect cause by one industry. So we are well aware of the fact that planting trees nearby industry can help reduce pollution. But the question arises is do we have the space for tree around the industry. Our app focuses on this issue. Power generation and releasing of waste material is another important factor for deciding optimal location. Some industries use self sufficient power generation system like steam turbines andsome depends upon external system. What type of waste industry release like some release solid waste which should be dumped while some gives smoke and even some are recyclable. Considering these factors our app Using different maps like Google maps, Weather maps and Topographical maps decide which location is best fit for the industry that is , closest to raw materials, satisfy the need for power generation and has the place for the type of waste it release, and this location is called “optimal location” and proximity radius of 5km between resources and industry.
